What Happened?
Apex Algorithm was offering algorithmic sports betting. From what Refundee has discovered, they operated for a number of years and impacted a large number of investors.
Both directors Nathan Winston Burgoyne and Paul Northcott have both been charged with conspiracy to defraud, fraud by false representation, and an offence of carrying on business of a company with intent to defraud creditors for other fraudulent purposes.
