A “case” is defined by the number of banks we need to contact and the number of different scams we are helping you with. We do not count a case as separate if we are contacting different banks about the same money (e.g. we have cases against the bank you sent the money from and the bank you sent the money to).
-
A case is deemed successful once you are notified that you will receive any money back. This is usually through the sending or beneficiary bank, or through the FOS.
-
Money reclaimed is paid directly to you and we only expect you to pay once you’ve received your money.
Our fees are payable once you receive notification that your case is successful.

Refundee’s fees
The refund you receive will depend on how much you lost.
Generally the more you get back the lower your percentage fee
There are three tiers, which have fee percentage rates of 15% to 25%. Customers will never pay more than 25% and they’ll never pay more than £10,000 + VAT.
Each band has a cap within it
At £20,000 in band 1 (25%) you hit the cap of £5k. Therefore you will pay between 20-25% for anything you get back between £20k-25k.
At £37,500 in band 2 you hit the cap of £7,500. Therefore you will pay between 15-20% for anything you get back between £37,500 and £50,000.
Anything £50k plus is 15% capped at £10k
Our fee will never be more than 25% + VAT. Generally, the more money you get back, the lower the fee percentage. Fee’s are capped at £10k + VAT per case.
